Vialex Luxury operates as a private sourcing concierge. We do not hold inventory. Instead, we source items on-demand from our network of verified sellers across Moscow, Lagos, Dubai, New York, London, and other global markets. Our services include:
- Locating specific luxury items based on client requests
- Verifying authenticity and condition of items
- Facilitating secure transactions
- Arranging delivery to client-specified locations
3. Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about desired items
- Respond promptly to inquiries about availability and pricing
- Remit payment promptly for confirmed orders
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Comply with all applicable import/export laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
4. Sourcing Process
4.1 Inquiries
When you submit a sourcing inquiry, we will search our network and provide you with current availability, pricing, and images of specific items via private communication (typically WhatsApp).
4.2 Price Quotes
Price quotes are based on current market rates, seller asking prices, and estimated logistics costs. Prices are indicative and may change until the moment of transaction confirmation. We will always confirm final pricing before proceeding.
4.3 Item Authenticity
We work with verified sellers and reputable marketplaces. However, we encourage clients to conduct their own due diligence. Upon request, we can provide available documentation and facilitate independent authentication services (client assumes associated costs).
5. Payments
- Service Fee: Vialex Luxury charges a sourcing fee, which is communicated prior to transaction confirmation
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, and other methods as mutually agreed
- Currency: Transactions may be conducted in USD, EUR, GBP, RUB, or NGN as agreed
- Third-Party Fees: Clients are responsible for any bank fees, transfer charges, or currency conversion costs
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Costs: Estimated shipping costs are provided before confirmation. Final costs depend on item dimensions, weight, destination, and chosen carrier.
- Customs and Duties: Clients are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their destination country.
- Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times are provided based on carrier information but are not guaranteed.
- Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to client upon delivery to carrier. Insurance options are available upon request.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because we source items specifically for you, our return policy is limited:
- Before Purchase: You may decline to proceed at any point before payment is remitted to the seller.
- After Purchase: Returns are subject to the seller's return policy. We will advocate on your behalf but cannot guarantee returns.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier and seller.
- Authenticity Disputes: If you have genuine evidence of inauthenticity, we will investigate and pursue resolution with the seller.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vialex Luxury acts as an intermediary between clients and sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for seller actions, item authenticity (beyond our verification efforts), or shipping delays
- Our total liability is limited to the sourcing fee paid for the specific transaction
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, and content on our website are the property of Vialex Luxury or used with permission. Product images shown represent categories we source and may be property of respective brands or sellers.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before seeking other remedies.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
